مستشار رئيس المجلس السيد أكرم العبيدي نقل للمشاركين تحيات فخامة رئيس المجلس وتمنياته لهم بالموفقية مؤكدآ دعمه لشباب ورياضيي كركوك
وفي ختام احتفالية الافتتاح وزعت الهدايا على الفرق المشاركة وتضمنت ملابس وتجهيزات رياضية
