للندوة هو تثقيف الناخبين من المهجرين وحثهم على مراجعة مراكز التسجيل لتحديث
بياناتهم تمهيدآ لمشاركتهم في انتخابات مجالس المحافظات"
وقال ممثل المفوضية "فتحت المفوضية أربعة مراكز لتحديث سجلات الناخبين
من المهجرين ووزعت هذه المراكز على في مناطق الحويجة وتازة وداخل مدينة كركوك
ليتسنى للمهجرين الوصول اليها والتأكد من وجود اسمائهم ضمن قوائم الناخبين"

أدارة المدينة تدعم جهود المفوضية وتساندها لأنجاح عملها في الوصول الى الناخبين

واقيمت الندوة على قاعة الاجتماعات في ثانوية الأوس للبنين وسط الحويجة
بمشاركة عدد من المهجرين ومختاري الاحياء ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ومجلس وقائمقامية
