ضروفهن واحتياجاتهن وبخاصة الاستشارة القانونية والنفسية"
واضافت رئيسة الفرع ان المرأة العراقية معنفة
جسديآ وانسانيآ بالرغم من كونها المضحي الاول في العائلة وبخاصة في القرى والارياف
وذلك بسبب تخلف وفقر المجتمع مما ينتج عنه عنف ضد المرآة يتوجب القيام بحملات للتوعية
والتثقيف
منظمة حرية المرأة احدى منظمات المجتمع المدني وتهتم بمساعدة المرأة والدفاع عن حقوقها
يشار الى ان مركز الاستشارات القانونية وحقوق الانسان التابع لهيئة الاغاثة الدولية أعده استبيان اظهر فيه وجود نحو مليون و593 ألف و457 أرملة بنسبة تبلغ 10 بالمائة من نساء العراق
