لجنة تتألف من مجلس القضاء والبلدية والتربية تسمي قطعة ارض وسط القضاء لبناء قسم تربية جديد بعد اكتمال الموافقات الرسمية الخاصة بأنشاء البناية
أكد مدير قسم تربية الحويجة لمؤسسة بأن لجنة من تتألف من المجلس والبلدية والتربية خصصت قطعة ارض بمساحة 5 الاف متر مربع وسط الحي العسكري لبناء قسم جديد للتربية في المدينة
وبين مدير القسم(ابراهيم جاسم الحمدون) ان البناية الجديدة ستكون كبيره وتتألف من عدة طوابق لتظم شعب القسم ومخازن خاصة بالكتب والتجهيزات المدرسية بحيث تجهز مدارس القضاء بدلآ من مخازن مديرية تربية بالمحافظة
يضم قسم تربية الحويجة (وهو اكبر قضاء في المحافظة) 400 مدرسة ويعمل فيها اكثر من 6 الاف من الكوادر التدريسية يدرسون حوالي 70 الف طالب وطالبة ويقع قضاء الحويجة 60 كم جنوب مركز محافظة كركوك
